Build Planner for SWTOR
Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Build Planner for SWTOR app (the "App") and this website, provided by Firestorm Interactive ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to them. If you got the App from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where the two differ, these terms add to it.
Unofficial fan tool
The App is an unofficial, fan-made planning tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by Electronic Arts, Broadsword Online Games, Lucasfilm Ltd. or Disney. Star Wars: The Old Republic, its names, ability text, icons and other game content are the property of their respective owners and are shown for reference so players can plan their characters.
Accuracy
Ability data comes from the game's client files and is updated after patches. Calculated numbers are estimates based on the stats you choose and are checked against in-game tooltips, but the game can change at any time and some values may differ. Use the App as a planning aid; the game itself is always the final word.
Planner Pro
Planner Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase sold by Apple. It unlocks the features described in the App on devices using the same Apple account, and can be restored from the App. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Features may be improved or changed over time as the game changes.
Acceptable use
Don't use the App or its servers in ways that disrupt them, such as automated scraping of the data service, and don't use the App to break the law or anyone else's rights.
Shared builds
Share links only contain a build's choices. You're responsible for where you share them.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or match the game at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Firestorm Interactive is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App and Planner Pro.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it. We may update, change or stop offering the App or its data service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
