Build Planner for SWTOR
Privacy Policy
This policy covers the Build Planner for SWTOR app for iPhone, iPad and Mac (the "App") and this website, both provided by Firestorm Interactive ("we", "us"). The short version: we don't collect personal information, we don't track you, and the App has no ads or analytics.
What stays on your device
Builds you save, your settings (such as level, stats and the Live/PTS choice) and downloaded game data are stored only on your device. We can't see them. Deleting the App deletes them.
Game data downloads
The App downloads ability data, icons and the news feed from planner.firestorminteractive.co, which is served through Cloudflare. Like any web request, this involves your device's IP address and basic request details, which Cloudflare may process briefly for delivery and security under its privacy policy. We don't use these requests to identify or track you.
Purchases
Planner Pro is bought through Apple's App Store. Apple handles payment; we never see your name, Apple ID or payment details. To confirm and restore purchases, the App uses RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous, randomly generated customer ID and your App Store purchase records (product, date, price, transaction IDs), plus basic device information such as OS version and country. See RevenueCat's privacy policy. The anonymous customer ID is shown in the App's Pro screen so you can quote it when contacting support.
Shared builds
A share link contains the build itself, encoded in the address. Nothing is uploaded or stored on our servers when you create or open one. Anyone you give the link to can see the build.
Links and the news feed
News items, patch notes and community links open web pages run by others (for example swtor.com or Discord) in an in-app browser or the App Store. Their own privacy policies apply there.
Contacting us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include, and use it only to answer you. We keep support emails no longer than needed to help you.
Children
The App doesn't collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
Your choices and rights
Because we don't hold personal data about you, there is usually nothing for us to access or delete. For purchase records, you can contact us with your customer ID and we'll ask RevenueCat to delete them; Apple's records are managed through your Apple account.

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date above.
